Warranty Coverage:
Aquafog units and accessories are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Any part determined to be defective and returned to the manufacturer, shipping cost prepaid, will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Jaybird Manufacturing, Inc., at no charge. Proof of purchase date and a description of the issue must accompany any returned components.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, lack of maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications that affect product performance or reliability.
Jaybird Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to verify all warranty claims prior to approval.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY - TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, JAYBIRD MANUFACTURING, INC.'S LIABILITY FOR DEATH, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR EQUIPMENT IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. JAYBIRD MANUFACTURING, INC.'S LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IS AUTHORIZED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
