GT 500

(GT) is our most efficient atomizer. Designed to endure harsh environments in a variety of commercial & industrial applications. They connect to ordinary water supplies requiring no high-pressure pumps or nozzles. GTs are lower in noise and their milder air propulsion give the means to use an OSHA guard.

GT 500s have impressive fogging capability, producing tiny particles that evaporate quickly. GT (direct-feed) gets regulated by a visual flowmeter panel and can be operated continuously or automated using a secondary controller.

Indoor/Outdoor applications include: Humidification, Evaporative Cooling and Chemical Fogging. 

Stainless-steel fabrication and UV stabilized polymers allow for greenhouse and harsh-environment use. GT comes with 20’ of water line, 15’ power, 16’ of drainage line and choice of the flowmeter size.

SST Flowmeter Panel

GT 500s come with a visual flowmeter panel of your choice.

Flowmeters connect to a pressurized water supply. A needle valve regulates flow going to the GT unit. The clear polycarbonate construction allows for visual monitoring of the flow. Meters require a pressurized supply (10-100 PSI). Select the appropriate range based per application.

    Control water flow, electrically

    1. Use with preexisting control systems.
      Connect directly to the same power supply to automate water flow (on/off) in conjunction with the fan.
    2. Safeguard against power outage.
      If operating fogging units manually (no control system), a water solenoid installed in the unit’s water supply line will shut off water flow in the event of a power outage.
