The Aquafog GT-500 centrifugal fogging system is designed for industrial humidification, evaporative cooling, and environmental control in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, agricultural operations, and commercial spaces where OSHA-compliant equipment and reliable fogging performance are required.
Unlike high-pressure misting systems or air-assisted nozzle foggers, the GT-500 uses Jaybird’s centrifugal atomization technology to produce fine fog particles without clogging nozzles or requiring high-pressure pumps. The 14-inch industrial atomizer produces fog that evaporates quickly for effective cooling and humidity control.</>The GT-500 was engineered for facilities where the stronger propulsion of the Turbo XE series is not required. By using a milder fan blade pitch and an OSHA-compliant safety guard, the GT-500 provides dependable fogging performance while maintaining safe operation in occupied workspaces.

Digital Humidity Control for GT500 & SS-700 Systems
Environmental controller with humidity sensor and water solenoid for direct feed applications.
Fast-acting digital control maintains consistent humidity levels with adjustable setpoint and differential. Displays real-time RH and automatically controls fogging output based on conditions.
Programming Difficulty: Level 4 (Moderate–Easy)
Not recommended for prolonged operation above 90% RH.

Mechanical Humidity Control – Simple, Reliable Operation
Pre-wired environmental controller with humidity sensor and water solenoid for direct feed systems.
Designed for straightforward operation, this mechanical humidistat automatically activates the unit when humidity drops below the setpoint, maintaining consistent conditions without the need for programming.
Programming Difficulty: Level 1 (No Programming Required)

Cycle Timer Control for High-Humidity Applications
Designed for applications where humidity levels above 80% RH are desired and repeated short run cycles are needed.
This pre-wired time-cycle control allows the operator to set repeating on/off intervals from 1 second to 24 minutes, providing flexible output control for demanding conditions.
Programming Difficulty: Level 5 (Moderate)

Temperature-Based Control for Evaporative Cooling
Pre-wired environmental controller designed for applications where cooling is the primary objective rather than humidity control.
This control automatically activates the unit when temperatures rise above the setpoint, maintaining consistent cooling conditions with simple, no-programming operation.
Programming Difficulty: Level 4 (Moderate–Easy)

If overhead mounting is not practical, the Economy Traveling Floor Stand provides a durable and mobile support solution for Turbo XE fogging systems. Designed for flexibility in industrial and greenhouse environments, the stand allows for both stationary positioning and oscillating operation.
Constructed from heavy-wall steel pipe with a reinforced base, the unit offers stability during operation while remaining easy to reposition as needed.

The Wall Mount Support provides a stable, space-saving mounting solution for Turbo XE fogging systems in industrial and greenhouse environments. Designed for permanent installation, the mount allows secure positioning while maintaining full operational flexibility.
The 30" vertical support offers adjustable height, while the 21" horizontal extension accommodates full 360° oscillation without obstruction.

The Ceiling Mount Support provides a simple, fixed mounting solution for Turbo XE fogging systems where overhead installation is preferred. Ideal for maximizing floor space, the mount allows consistent positioning in industrial and greenhouse environments.
The 36" horizontal support provides adequate clearance for proper fog dispersion and unobstructed operation.

Ideal for monitoring environments up to 95% Relative Humidity
The Handheld Thermo-Hygrometer provides accurate, real-time measurement of ambient temperature and relative humidity, making it a valuable tool for monitoring greenhouse and industrial environments where fogging systems are in use.
With fast response time and reliable performance in high-humidity conditions, this unit helps operators verify system output, track environmental changes, and maintain optimal conditions for plant health and process control.
Dual readout LCD displays temperature and humidity simultaneously in °F or °C.

Ideal for applications up to 100% Relative Humidity
This precision hand-held thermo/hygrometer is ideal for measuring and monitoring ambient and dew point temperatures and relative humidity in a wide range of professional and industrial applications. Dual readout LCD displays in °F or °C.

24-Hour Timer Control for Scheduled Operation
Ideal for automating consistent on/off cycles in applications where timed operation is preferred.
This reliable mechanical timer controls both power and water flow at selected intervals, making it well suited for dawn-to-dusk or scheduled runtime applications.
Programming Difficulty: Level 2 (Easy)

Automatic Water Shutoff for Direct Feed Systems
Electrically controls water flow to the unit, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
This solenoid valve automatically opens and closes with the unit’s power supply, allowing water flow only during operation. It is required for direct-feed systems to prevent unwanted water flow when the unit is off or power is interrupted.

Increase Coverage & Circulation
Ideal for interior applications and permanent hanging installations, the XE 360 Oscillator increases fog coverage and air circulation through smooth, continuous sweeping motion. The oscillating action helps reduce droplet collisions and fallout while producing more uniform coverage patterns up to 70 feet in diameter. This allows the operator to run higher fog output levels than a stationary unit under equal conditions, resulting in less fallout and improved dryness beneath the fog pattern.
Recommended for indoor use only. While the oscillator assembly is built with a durable stainless steel enclosure and performs well in harsh interior environments, it should not be used in outdoor windy conditions. Wind gusts can place repeated stress on the oscillating housing and gear system, potentially causing premature wear or damage to the mounting assembly. For outdoor applications, a stationary-mounted unit is strongly recommended.
