GT 500-HS units include an internal feed pump, a manual 1/4-turn flow control valve, an illuminated On/Off power switch, and an internal float valve to maintain proper tank water level during operation.
The manual ball valve allows operators to adjust fogging output based on the application. Lower feed rates generally produce a drier, finer fog, while higher feed rates increase output volume for broader coverage.

Control Tip: Start with a lower valve setting and increase flow only as needed. This helps maintain finer fog quality and reduces excess wetting.

The front guard meets OSHA safety regulations and is specially processed to create hydrophilic properties, allowing water to wick down the guard and back into the housing rather than bead and be thrown outward by the spinning atomizer.
Jaybird fog systems use a patented centrifugal atomizing blade developed in 1986. Water enters a reservoir behind the fan blade and is forced through internal channels inside each blade. As the blade spins, centrifugal force drives water toward the blade tips where it exits through precision openings.
