XE Chemical Fogger (w/agitation)

XE CRSM 2000

(CRSM) include powerful agitation with a bottom-feeder pump.    They come equipped with smart control, dual flow valves, an inlet port for connection to a metering pump and a sturdy, mobile 18-gallon supply tank that recycles its waste water.  An optional (SST) version is available that has stainless plumbing for use with highly corrosive chemicals.

(XE) is our most powerful atomizer!  Designed to endure harsh environments in a variety of commercial & industrial applications. They connect to ordinary water supplies requiring no high-pressure pumps or nozzles.

XE CRSMs have enormous fogging capability, producing tiny particles that evaporate quickly. CRSM gets regulated by 2 inner-connected quarter-turn ball valves giving better control at low flow rates. Units can be operated continuously or automated using a secondary controller.

Indoor/Outdoor applications include: Pesticide, Chemical Fogging, Oxidizers, Fumigation and Sterilization.

Stainless-steel fabrication and UV stabilized polymers allow for greenhouse and harsh-environment use. CRSM comes with 18’ power.

Powerful Agitation & Bottom Feeder Pump

CRSMs have tank circulation to help keep chemical solutions mixed during fogging. A bottom feeder pump removes nearly all liquid.

Metering Pump Inlet

CRSMs has a port available for connection to a metering pump. This allows for concentrate to be feed into the flow en-route to the fogging head.

ULV Method

ULV (Ultra Low Volume) refers to the amount of water needed to mix and disperse chemical solution evenly. The ULV method differs significantly from those that employ typical sprayers, and which use small water droplets to carry the chemical solution to its intended source. Such spraying processes require much more water to treat an equal area in comparison to ULV.

The CRSM's atomization process produces billions of tiny fog particles laced with chemical. These fog particles are propelled with great force and most of the water content evaporates quickly, leaving behind small, sticky particles of pure chemical. These airborne micro-sized particles of residue float in all directions until eventually making contact with and coating most surfaces evenly.
