The CRSM is a powerful, nozzle-free atomizer for the dispersion of liquid or wettable powder chemical solutions. Common uses include pesticide and fungicide treatment in greenhouses. CRSM has 2 operational modes: [ON] for manual or automated operation when used with the timer control. [Auto Shut-Off mode] will automatically turn off the unit when tank becomes nearly empty.
This durable fogger has powerful propulsion with a pivotable fogging head. Fogging output is controlled through a special flow restrictor assembly which provides for advanced (controllable) flow ranges. Net high flow output @ around 6.5 GPH, (low) flow output @ about 2.25 GPH. The feed pump provides agitation to help keep chemical solutions properly mixed during operation.
CRSM produces billions of tiny, fog-like particles combined with powerful airflow. The “ULV” method is when fumigation of the entire (interior) air-space is the goal; to achieve complete and even coverage to all surface areas. Unmanned operations can reach up to 30,000 square feet with the aid of circulation (HAF) fans.
The CRSM has rain-tight NEMA 3X switches, connections and control box. The CRSM’s flow rate can be controlled or calibrated between 1 and 8.5 GPH, netting about 1 to 7 GPH fogging output capability.
Our exclusive blade design is a significant product development, enhancing reliability and performance.
The CRSM timer is provided to automate the system.
The CRSM has a circulation system within it’s tank to help keep chemical solutions properly mixed during fogging operations. An important feature when using solutions that tend to separate quickly.
The CRSM can also connect to a metering pump. Here, concentrated chemical mixes with fresh water on the way to the fogging head. Calibrate the water flow-rate to match with the chemical’s dilution ratio.
ULV (Ultra Low Volume) refers to the amount of water needed to mix and disperse chemical solution evenly. The ULV method differs significantly from those that employ typical sprayers, and which use small water droplets to carry the chemical solution to its intended source. Such spraying processes require much more water to treat an equal area in comparison to ULV.
The CRSM's atomization process produces billions of tiny fog particles laced with chemical. These fog particles are propelled with great force and most of the water content evaporates quickly, leaving behind small, sticky particles of pure chemical. These airborne micro-sized particles of residue float in all directions until eventually making contact with and coating most surfaces evenly.
